1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing hhdd at hhdd.vu, creating an account, or using any part of our gaming and betting services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and hhdd. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. hhdd reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any clause without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and use hhdd, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times. hhdd takes responsible gaming seriously and maintains strict verification procedures to protect vulnerable users.

Each player may hold only one account on hhdd. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

KYC Verification

hhdd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit valid identification documents such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's license. KYC verification may be requested at registration, before the first withdrawal, or at any other time at hhdd's discretion.

• Providing false or misleading documentation is grounds for immediate account termination.

Account Security

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hhdd and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to gain unfair advantage in games or betting.
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes or manipulate sports betting markets.
• Accessing hhdd from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of hhdd.

hhdd employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in Bangladesh and internationally when unlawful activity is detected.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on hhdd — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game assets, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of hhdd or its licensed third-party partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission from hhdd.

Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. hhdd holds valid agreements with these providers to offer their content to players.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hhdd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform. Continued use of hhdd after any amendment has been published on hhdd.vu constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fair play and applicable international standards.
